Tomato and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ripe tomatoes, cut in chunks, or cherry tomatoes
- 8 cups salad greens
- 2 ripe avocados, cut in chunks
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds, toasted and lightly crushed, or 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil or extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, greens, avocados and cilantro.
To prepare dressing, in a small bowl combine lime juice, garlic, honey, salt and cumin. Whisk in oil. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Toss salad with dressing to taste.
