Tabouli Salad

Hearty, highly nutritious, low cal (150 calories per cup) meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgar wheat
  • ½ cup dry parsley
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1 tbsp. dry mint leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Combine with 1 cup boiling water and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
