Tabouli Salad
Hearty, highly nutritious, low cal (150 calories per cup) meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgar wheat
- ½ cup dry parsley
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. dry mint leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine with 1 cup boiling water and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
