Shortbread
Corn Starch Box
Ingredients
- ½ c. cornstarch
- ½ c. icing sugar
- 1 c. flour
- ¾ c. butter, softened
Directions
Sift first 3 ingredients with wooden spoon.
Blend in butter until soft, smooth dough forms.
Shape into balls and flatten, or chill and roll ¼” thick and cut out shapes.
Decorate.
Bake 300° for 15-20 minutes.
