Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup currants

Directions

  1. Mix together and form into dough.

    1. Form one large or two smaller mounds.

    2. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake @ 425 for 12-15 minutes.
