Pineapple Delight

A favourite Horrick's dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c. graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 ½ c. icing sugar
  • ½ c. butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ pint whipping cream
  • 12 oz pineapple, crushed, drained

Directions

  1. Press Graham crumbs and butter into an 8x8 pan and bake at 300 for 10 minutes.

    1. Cream together the icing sugar, butter and egg. Spread on cooled crust.

    2. Beat cream. Fold in pineapple. Spread over cream filling. Cool.

    3. Can add couple drops of food colouring to tint another colour.
