Ingredients

• 4 orange wedges
• Pimm's
• Sparkling wine

Directions

1. Divide 4 orange wedges among 4 champagne saucers. Lightly muddle oranges with the back of a wooden spoon.

   2. Pour 2 tbsp Pimm's into each glass.

   3. Top with sparkling wine.
