Marinated Goat Cheese
Bonnie Stern - 'Friday Night Dinners' (pg 216)
Ingredients
- 12 oz goat cheese, cut in rounds 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Arrange slices of goat cheese in a single layer in a serving dish.
- Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, pepper and garlic over cheese. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Marinate for up to a few hours at room temperature or refrigerate.
