Ingredients

  • 12 oz goat cheese, cut in rounds 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Arrange slices of goat cheese in a single layer in a serving dish.

    1. Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, pepper and garlic over cheese. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Marinate for up to a few hours at room temperature or refrigerate.
