Healthier PB Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- ¾ c. br. Sugar
- ¾ c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 ¼ c. flour
- 1 c. bran
- ¾ c. rolled oats
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Cream together butter and sugars.
Add vanilla, peanut butter and and eggs.
Mix in rest of ingredients.
Bake 350° for 15-18 minutes (check after 10 minutes)
