Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz creme de cacao white liquer
  • 3/4 oz creme de menthe green liquer
  • 3/4 oz 35% cream
  • fresh mint and/or dark chocolate for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine liqueurs and cream in cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously to mix thoroughly.

    1. Strain and serve in a Martini glass or small coupette.

    2. Garnish with a few leaves of fresh mint and/or top with dark chocolate shavings.
