Fruit Crisp

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bran flakes
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut or walnuts
  • 1 can (or equivalent) apple cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Soften butter, then blend in sugar.

    1. Add other ingredients and mix

    2. Pour 1/2 mixture into 9x9 inch square.

    3. Place pie filling over crust

    4. Add other 1/2 dry mixture over pie filling.

    5. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes

Serve Warm or Cool.
